Talk to the team behind the gateway.
AnyRouter is built and operated by a small, fully remote team with no sales staff and no phone queue — every message lands directly with the engineers who maintain the routing platform. Pick the channel that fits and write to us in plain English; a person reads and answers every mail, usually within one business day for support.

Before you write
- API errors: check the error guide — most 4xx/5xx codes have a documented cause and retry behavior.
- Rate limits: the per-key and per-IP windows are documented on the rate limits page; 429 responses carry a
Retry-Afterheader. - Live platform status: /health reports component health, and release notes catalog recent model additions and disables.
- Product questions from agents: the machine-readable docs index at /llms.txt lists every page available as markdown.
